Winds of Change is a 26:00 minute documentary that takes the listner on a road trip through two counties in Northern California to examine Wind Energy. The journey starts out in Butte County to learn about the new research being conducted to anaylze the wind and it ends in Shasta County where a new wind farm is being built.
